1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to ClubWin. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ClubWin ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ClubWin website or app, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ClubWin's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2Account Registration and Verification

To use clubwin's services in full, you are required to create an account. The registration process takes less than 3 minutes and requires basic information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and preferred payment method.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Owning more than one account under the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Required documents include:

• A copy of your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months)
• Verification of the payment method used for deposit

ClubWin reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.00 per transaction. Daily maximum withdrawal limits vary by your VIP tier:

4Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

General principles that apply to all clubwin bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligibility unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash
• ClubWin reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any related withdrawal can be processed
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all related winnings

5General Game Rules

Players are prohibited from:

• Colluding with other players in an unfair manner to gain an advantage in games

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

7Inactive Accounts and Maintenance Fees

A ClubWin account showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Inactive accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5.00 or 10% of the current balance (whichever is lower), which will be automatically deducted from the account balance.

If an account balance reaches RM 0.00 as a result of maintenance fees, the account will be closed automatically. ClubWin will send an email notification before any fee is charged to give players time to reactivate their account.

To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and make a deposit or start a game session. No reactivation fee is required.

8Account Suspension and Closure

ClubWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the account has been used to:

• Fraud or money laundering
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Activities that compromise the security of the platform or other users
• Use by individuals under 18 years of age
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be returned after investigation and verification are complete, typically within 5–7 business days.

9Liability Limits and Disclaimer

ClubWin provides this service on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the outcome of any game.

Under no circumstances will ClubWin be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting outcomes
• Service interruptions due to planned system maintenance
• Losses caused by internet connection failures on the user's end
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform

ClubWin's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10Amendments and Governing Law

ClubWin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and claim any eligible balance.
